Environmental Solutions, Inc. (ESI) provides indoor environmental inspection and testing services for residential and commercial properties throughout Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. Our team of Certified Indoor Environmentalists (CIEs) identifies and evaluates contaminants such as mold, asbestos, bacteria, volatile organic compounds, and smoke.
Our on-site services include visual inspections, moisture and humidity readings, air and swab sampling, and Indoor Air Quality assessments. Samples are analyzed by an independent laboratory to identify contaminant species and levels. Every inspection concludes with a detailed report featuring findings, lab results, and a project-specific action plan with recommendations.
ESI is strictly third party- we perform the mold inspection and testing, write the scope of work, and perform post remediation inspections. We do not perform the mold remediation itself.
